Based on our initial consultation, your requirements and budget I will create a plan which includes:

Floor plan

Furniture plan

Wall and paint finishes/wall coverings/paint and color selections

Furniture selection

Window treatments

Rugs and floor covering options

Soft goods and fabric selections

Wall décor and accessory options

This detailed design plan will be presented for your approval.  The plans and selections will be reflected in a binder for you to keep. It will include paint chips, samples and swatches, a budget, a list of showrooms and stores along with a detailed furniture plan showing where objects should be placed.

As an additional service I will order all approved items and coordinate and oversee delivery and installation. Your home will be styled and items arranged once they arrive.
